Complaints

The Association is only bound to investigate complaints raised by its Trade, Associate, Corporate and Artist Members.

The decision to investigate complaints from other sources, including Supporter Members, is at the discretion of the Association Board.

The Association does not consider general industry complaints, including complaints about non-members.

If a Trade, Associate or Corporate Member wishes to make a complaint, the matter will only be considered if the complainant completes and submits the AAAA Complaints form to the Secretary.

Artist Members may make verbal complaints.

Those wishing to make a complaint should refer to the Association’s Complaints Handling Procedures and the Association’s Constitution.
